Student pays resident tuition rates. Renewable, for a maximum of four (4) years.
Eligibility: Must be a non-resident student with a 3.25 high school GPA and ACT 27 or SAT 1260 - Competitive Scholarship recipients will also qualify for a merit scholarship based on GPA.
