Berkeley Haas Scholarships (range of donor-funded awards)
Berkeley Haas offers MBA scholarships to entering students in the form of both need- and merit-based awards. All prospective students will be evaluated for fellowships and scholarship funding. Unless otherwise noted in the scholarship section of the online application, applicants do not need to submit additional information to be considered for a scholarship or fellowship. Funding will be awarded to students at the time of admission based on the strength of the student's application.

The Berkeley Undergraduate Scholarship is the University of California’s most historic scholarship program which recognizes the academic merits of undergraduates. General merit-based scholarships and fellowships
All applicants will be considered for merit-based awards and do not require any action. Merit-based awards will be determined based on the overall strength of the admissions application, professional goals, educational achievement, intended concentration, leadership skills, and embodiment of the Haas Defining Leadership Principles.
GOP Master’s Fellowship (stipend + in-state tuition)
Award
$15,000/yr in-state
This award consists of a $15,000 stipend ($7,500 per semester) and in-state tuition and fees for one academic year.
MTM Merit Scholarship (up to)
The MTM admissions committee offers merit-based awards to attract students with specialized skills and excellent academic performance up to $25,000. The MTM Merit Scholarships are announced in early-mid March when admissions decisions are released. These are determined from the information in your admissions application as well as your overall rubric score and do not require a separate process or any additional materials.
Partial-Tuition Merit Scholarship
In addition, all candidates will be considered for a partial-tuition Merit Scholarship. There is no application required and typically the merit scholarship will be offered at the time the admissions decision is made.
Regents’ and Chancellor’s Scholarship (international)
The Regents’ and Chancellor’s Scholarship is UC Berkeley’s most prestigious undergraduate scholarship, awarded to exceptional students who demonstrate creativity, leadership, service, and strong convictions. Scholars exemplify the university’s commitment to excellence and receive numerous benefits, including a monetary award.
Robinson International Scholars Program award
The Robinson International Scholars Program enriches UC Berkeley’s global learning environment by developing transformational leaders... The program includes a need-based scholarship for up to four years. Scholars receive the full benefits of the Regents’ and Chancellor’s Scholarship in addition to the Robinson International Scholarship.
Rodriguez-Pastor Family Scholarship award
The Rodriguez-Pastor Family Scholarship supports talented international students who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership, and a commitment to making a meaningful impact. This need-based scholarship provides financial assistance for up to four years. Scholars receive the full benefits of the Regents’ and Chancellor’s Scholarship in addition to the Rodriguez-Pastor Family Scholarship.
Swaniker Scholars award (up to full cost)
Swaniker Scholars receive a need-based scholarship covering up to the full cost of attendance for four years. Scholars receive the full benefits of the Regents’ and Chancellor’s Scholarship in addition to the Swaniker Scholarship.
