The award amount varies, depending on the graduate program. Minimum award is $500. Awards are applicable toward the costs of tuition and fees.

For U.S. citizens who are non-Hawai’i residents (and are not WUE-eligible), is equivalent to student paying Hawai’i resident tuition rates. The amount is approximately $22,032 per year for 4 years; and approximately $88,128 total for all 4 years. For U.S. citizens who are non-Hawai’i residents (and are WUE-eligible), is equivalent to WUE-eligible student paying Hawai’i resident tuition rates. Music Department Merit Scholarships

The award amount is equivalent to full-tuition each year for 2 years + $5,600 per year stipend + $2,500 one-time travel grant.

The award amount is $10,000 per year for 4 years.
