Eligibility: A scholarship for new first-time, degree seeking undergraduate students. The student must be a Texas resident or a non-resident transferring from a college or university.

The award amount is $2,000 ($1,000 for Fall 2026 semester and $1,000 for Spring 2027 semester). Recipients will be eligible to pay resident tuition for Fall 2026, Spring 2027 and Summer 2027.
