In recognition of outstanding academic achievement, UW-La Crosse awards a significant amount of merit-based scholarships to incoming non-resident students each year through a competitive awarding process.

David S. Miller Young Scientist Scholarship
The David S. Miller Young Scientist Scholarship is funded by the American Geophysical Union... the AGU awards $1,500 to students in an environmental studies-related program.
