The Carl F. Pollard Scholarship is awarded annually to two first-generation, freshman students who are residents of Kentucky with preference given to applicants who were enrolled in The Cabbage Patch Settlement House's College Scholar Program.

Eligibility: The recipients must have a minimum 2.8 high school grade point average, financial need, and a demonstrated history of extracurricular and community involvement.
