The Go Blue Guarantee is a full tuition scholarship available to first-time and transfer students who meet the following criteria: (see eligibility).

Eligibility: To qualify for UM-Flint’s Go Blue Guarantee, starting in the fall 2025 you must meet the following eligibility requirements: * You are eligible for in-state. * You are eligible to apply for financial aid and have filed the 2025-26 FAFSA. * Have family incomes of $125,000 or less and assets below $125,000. * You are a degree-seeking student pursuing your first bachelor’s degree. * Are enrolled full-time (12 or more credits per semester). * Meet the grade point average requirements: * Incoming students (first-year) must have a 3.5 GPA. * Transfer students must have a 3.5 GPA. * Continuing UM-Flint students need a minimum 3.0 GPA.
