These scholarships, which range from a modest stipend to full tuition and fees, seek to recognize a recipient’s experience while investing in his or her future.

Merit scholarships are renewable for four years of medical school, contingent on maintaining good standing as a student.

Alumni Association scholarships (various)

The University of Virginia Alumni Association administers more than 250 different scholarships ranging from modest stipends to full tuition, room and board. Each year, these scholarships provide over $3 million in aid to more than 450 students across Grounds.

Competitive Darden Scholarships (full tuition & fees)

Consideration for these scholarships, which provide full tuition and fees, may include a supplemental process. Initial consideration for all competitive Darden scholarships will be through the Darden admissions process.

Ridley full scholarships

In addition to receiving full tuition and fees, each will have an opportunity to take part in the Ridley Scholar Experience, an array of enrichment programs that includes foreign travel and career networking.
