Advanced Designee National Scholarships (4AD/3AD/2AD)
Four-year Army ROTC scholarships are offered by the U.S. Army to selected high school seniors who desire to pursue a military career. These scholarships pay for all tuition, books, and laboratory fees and provide a $100 monthly allowance.
Eligibility: Have minimum qualifying SAT/ACT scores: SAT: 920 composite ACT: 19 composite
Two-year and three-year scholarship applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or greater
Be a U.S. citizen
Be at least seventeen years of age by October 1 of the year of enrollment as a scholarship cadet
Be under twenty-seven years of age on June 30 of the calendar year in which eligible for appointment as a Second Lieutenant

Hord Coplan Macht Scholarship
The Hord Coplan Macht Scholarship will be awarded to two students in the School of Architecture and Planning ... The scholarship is based on academic achievement (3.0 G.P.A.) and demonstrated financial need for University-related expenses such as tuition, fees, textbooks, as well as for emergency funds needed to cover current semester balances.

Richard W. Collins III Scholarship (need-based amounts)
$500-$5,000/semester
Scholarship amounts vary based on the financial need of each student, which is determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Recipients will receive a minimum award of $500 - $5000 per semester.
Eligibility: Funds are available to full-time undergraduate and graduate students enrolled at Morgan State University, Coppin State University, or Bowie State University.
Applicants must also be: a U.S. citizen; a Maryland resident; a full-time student for the applied-for semester; enrolled in an ROTC class at Morgan State University for the applied-for semester; complete with their FAFSA application for the applied-for semester.
