The Officer Scholarship Program (also known as the Immediate Graduate Education Program (IGEP)) is USNA's most competitive immediate graduate-education program. Allowing 20 Navy and \~5 Marine Corps selects to attend civilian graduate programs all around the world, the Officer Scholarship Program requires each of its candidates to compete and win some form of civilian-funded scholarship or fellowship that will cover at least 50% of tuition costs.
