Eligibility: Qualifications: Application made simultaneously with application to Cambridge. Study at Cambridge must be seen to fit into the student's longer-term ambitions. The Trust seeks students with capacity for leadership and a commitment to improving the lives of others.

George J. Mitchell Scholarship to one of seven universities in the Republic of Ireland.

Marshall Scholarship to any British University.

The Officer Scholarship Program (also known as the Immediate Graduate Education Program (IGEP)) is USNA's most competitive immediate graduate-education program. Allowing 20 Navy and \~5 Marine Corps selects to attend civilian graduate programs all around the world, the Officer Scholarship Program requires each of its candidates to compete and win some form of civilian-funded scholarship or fellowship that will cover at least 50% of tuition costs.

After your application complete, USNA's Graduate Education Director will work with Purdue University directly and formulate a ranking slate for the fellowship. Make sure to denote your specific interest in the program on the Officer Scholarship Program (OSP) application that will be sent out to qualified 1/C Midshipmen.

Rhodes Scholarship to University of Oxford, England.

Eligibility: Qualifications: Excellence in character, academics, and leadership. Must participate in and receive endorsement from the UKISP.

University of Southampton Scholarship for study at University of Southampton. Quota: One graduating midshipman per class.

Eligibility: Qualifications: Minimum CQPR of 3.65. Demonstrated potential for academic excellence. Selection will be decided by the Graduate Education Committee on a recommendation from the Southampton Subcommittee, which gives the GEC a ranked list of candidates.
