Based on a dedicated gift to the college, the Benjamin Feinberg Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a student “either majoring or concentrating their studies in history, government and/or political science... The Martin Hasting Scholarship is awarded to “a resident of New York State… [and] awarded to a qualifying student regardless of color, race, creed or gender. Eligibility for receipts of the scholarship shall be based upon academic achievement with financial need a preference but not an absolute requirement.”

* The Cardinal Scholarship of $3,500 per year is deducted from non-tuition educational costs.

Transfer students may be eligible for a financial award of $1,000 to $2,000, deducted from non-tuition educational costs during the first year only (i.e., first two semesters).

Lynne White Scheider Memorial Scholarship (EOP)

In addition, EOP provides assistance with the following financial aid requirements and/or provides literacy... EOP students are packaged with an EOP Direct Aid award which varies from year to year, and class level, and are also awarded a campus EOP Cardinal Grant each year. The Lynne White Scheider Memorial Scholarship...Award amounts vary (max: $1,000–$1,200).

Bond University scholarship

* Up to $3,000 in scholarships are available for Plattsburgh students accepted to study on a Plattsburgh study abroad program. * Up to $2,000 in scholarships are available for a SUNY Plattsburgh student accepted to study on a Plattsburgh study abroad program. * Up to $500 in scholarships are available for a SUNY Plattsburgh participant on each of the faculty-led study abroad programs. * Bond University: Up to $8,000 in scholarships are available for Plattsburgh students accepted to study at Bond University. * One $5,000 per semester scholarship is available for a SUNY Plattsburgh student who plans to study abroad in Canada. * ICMS: up to $9,000 in funding available for eligible students.
